“Montessori Minds Make Music” is a CD of 5 original songs, written & recorded by Montessori Children’s School students in collaboration with Ynana Rose Zovich, an MCS parent, songwriter & musician. The songs were professionally recorded with Damon Castillo at Laurel Lane Studios in SLO in 2015. This is the culmination of 4 years of work in which Ynana wrote 5 songs with children ages 6-12, following their creative lead on subject matter & lyrics. Ynana says: “I have heard a lot of children’s music over the years, and these songs are great. Kid driven, funny, tender & creative. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.”
