Pick-up & Drop-off
Our schedule provides consistency in each child’s daily routine and allows for safe and smooth arrival and departure in our small parking lot.
- Teachers are stationed at the gate to welcome your child in the morning or to walk them to your car in the afternoon.
- When you drive into the circular school driveway, a teacher will help your child in or out of the car.
- Then, you will exit from the driveway.
Thank you for your patience and compliance.
Parking
We have a small parking lot for those who wish to walk their child in or pick them up. However, parking may be difficult at the start and end of the day. If the lot is full, please consider parking on the side of Higuera Street next to the school.
Always hold hands with your child while walking, as many vehicles are coming and going.
Sign-in & Sign-out
For Trailblazers, Stargazers, and Extended Care
The State of California requires signing your child in and out of Montessori Children’s School. Write the time and your full signature (no initials) in the box next to your child’s name on the sign-in and sign-out sheet.
Please be patient if you are in the drive-through line behind these cars. It takes a little longer to buckle younger children into their car seats while their parents complete the form.
Extended Care
After-school care is currently available for working families Mondays through Thursdays from 3 to 5:30p and Fridays from 1 to 5:30p.
